Launch of Regional Platform for the Empowerment of Rural Women A space for training and collaboration

FAO in Latin America and the Caribbean launches the Regional Platform for the Empowerment of Rural Women, a multilingual digital space that promotes training, the exchange of experiences, and the strengthening of capacities, leadership, and rights of rural, indigenous, Afro-descendant, and young women. The initiative seeks to support the formulation of inclusive public policies and promote more resilient, sustainable, and gender-equitable agri-food systems by facilitating access to technology, financing, technical assistance, and productive resources.
